Picture taken at 13:00. Already almost gone!

If you go to the Supermarket in Parche inside Shizuoka JR Station, that is, through the middle corridor leading you between the track entrances you will eventually reach a large stand just beyond the  wasabi and the green tea stand held by Uogashi.
Uogashi is a famous sushi company from Numazu City with sushi restaurants in Shizuoka City and even in Yokohama!
They incidentally also have a restaurant in the Asty section of Shizuoka Station.
Now, this is a great way to organize your sushi meal the way you want it without any fuss and for maximum enjoyment, and all this at a very reasonable price!
And moreover you will not find anything fresher in any other supermarket!

SUSHI-PARCHE-1a

First of all, chose your morsels with or without wasabi.
It is easy even you do not speak or read Japanese.
If there is a small green oval sticker on the package it means that no wasabi was added between the rice and the topping.
If you see no sticker, then wasabi has been pasted on the rice under the topping.
Now, let’ see what they offer as nigiri sushi, that is small balls of sushi rice topped with various ingredients.
Bear in mind that at least half of them are seasonal!
